Hi, I’m so glad you’re here.
I was born and raised outside of Syracuse, New York, and now live in Spokane, Washington with my husband, my daughter James, and my son Brooks. Over time, I’ve found myself drawn to sharing life as it really is — messy, beautiful, and full of small discoveries that make it all feel a little more manageable.
My interest in wellness — especially women’s health — has been shaped by my experience living with stage four endometriosis and spending the past decade exploring natural, holistic ways to feel better in my own body. That mindset has followed me into motherhood, though not without compromise (Paw Patrol mac & cheese wins more often than I’d like to admit). Navigating that tension — between intention and reality — has taught me that most things in life come down to balance.
Through my yoga and barre certifications, I learned to shift my focus from how I look to how I feel. Pregnancy and postpartum deepened that perspective — teaching me to honor my body not in spite of its imperfections, but because of them. It’s a mindset I hope to pass on to my kids, and maybe share with others, too.
I don’t have it all figured out — hence Steadily Unbalanced. But if something I share can help even one person feel more grounded, more seen, or just more sane, then this space has done its job. From the skincare I swear by, to the toddler gear keeping our days intact, I’m not here to gatekeep. I’m here to offer a little light, and maybe help you find a bit more calm in your own chaos.
